AISS 4.3 (http://www.masonicons.info/aiss/index.html) is available on the AISS section of the Masonicons website.
Features:

AISS is a system to store, access and maintain toolbar images under AmigaOS.
Updates for other platforms than AmigaOS 4.0 are currently under development.
