Title: Mediator PCI 4000Di Questions
Post by: adolescent on October 24, 2003, 12:34:21 AM
Can anyone give me an opinion on this board.  I'd like to keep the original case so this looks like the only option.

A few questions...

Any known problems with the CBM A4091 card?
Does my CSMk2 060/66MHz have enough horsepower to be useful?
Would an internal SD/FF and a switch box be a good solution for displaying native modes?
Any other hints?

Don't know for sure about the scsi card but im pretty sure there wouldnt be any problems.

As for the 060@66Mhz, it'd be more than enough - I used a mediator in my A4000 with a stock A3640 (040@25Mhz) for a few months.

And, yes, a SD/FF is pretty much essential, but you'd have to get a one that clips over the chips as there's no video slot on the Mediator 4000Di model unfortunately :(
