Title: SimpleMail 0.32 released
Post by: neongod on December 29, 2007, 02:23:39 PM
SimpleMail 0.32 was released for AmigaOS 3.x and 4.0. MorphOS version (0.30) is not yet updated.

SimpleMail is a new mailer for the Amiga platform (both classic and OS4) and compatible systems (MorphOS). It is intended to be as portable as possible.

And here is the christmas and birthday release of SimpleMail. In brief, the release 0.32 of SimpleMail is characterized by the following changes:

* Partly supports AISS. Can be disabled by using the Hidden.DontUseAISS hidden configuration option.
* Completed functionality of custom mail list, e.g., columns can be reordered, their state saved, and so on.
* Added quick filter.
* Bug fixes.

The SimpleMail Team wishes you all a merry christmas and a happy new year!

Cool. The new custom class that replaces the NList one is still a mess, though
 For example, when i delete a message, the message does move to the deleted folder, but the message window still display the contents of this deleted message. Even if the next e-mail has been automatically selected by SimpleMail.
 Also, there is another bug with quick filter and the new class.
 Luckily there is the SIMPLEMAIL_OLDMAILLIST enviroment variable which allows the usage of the NList MUI class.
