@ Nusim
Wow they look very nice :)
I am looking forward to the availability of full boards and also the rumoured MegaMig :-)

Ordered! Yay!

I just don't get the point, until someone starts selling fully assembled units.
When that happens, I will definitely buy one.
-
There's two big points to doing this even if people like you and me cannot immediately benefit from it.
1) Potential bulk builders buy a few PCBs to test how hard it would be.
2) Anyone who DOES have excellent soldering skills can get a Minimig NOW.
So personally, I think saying "I cannot see the point" is a little narrow minded. The thing wouldn't exist if Dennis had that attitude. Imagine if he had sat down and thought "hardly anyone can build them so why bother designing it in the first place?".
It all has to start somewhere and if nobody could be bothered to manufacture any PCBs there would be NO chance of anyone being able to buy pre-built versions EVER.

I'll be waiting for a populated board. Don't have the time to solder everything on myself.
-
I wish I had the skills and patience to solder a Minimig, but alas. I'm thinking of getting an Altera DE1 board though.
-
Whats the difference between the rev 1.0 and rev 1.1 PCB's?
-
As captainmoomoo said: give me fully assembled and working Minimig and will buy five.
-
@Hodgkinson
Virtually no difference.
V1.0 needs a patch and has no bottom silk screen.
Also there are hundreds of v1.1 boards out there and very few v.10s :-)
