Title: TeamAROS EFIKA Bounty Reassigned

The orginal developer assigned to the EFIKA Bounty asked to be relieved from the bounty do to time constraints of being a new dad, family health issues, and work demands.  

EFIKA bounty has been reassigned to Bill E (http://www.thenostromo.com/archives/teamaros/2007-07/msg00006.html), aka Tigger.  :cheers:
