Title: Court denies AInc's motion for preliminary injunction

"Case No. C07-631RSM

This matter is before the Court for consideration of a motion by plaintiff Amiga, Inc., (“Amiga”) for a preliminary injunction. Oral argument was heard on May 31, 2007, and the matter has been fully considered. For the reasons set forth below, the Court DENIES plaintiff’s motion."

it looks pretty dark for AmigaInc or should i say Kmos/ltec ? ...

other than that, i still think we(the users/devs etc) all will loose no matter who wins, previous lawsuits in Amiga Land has shown that.

Reading these these doc's it does look dark for Amiga inc  :-D

Hopfully this gets Amiga inc out of the way so hyperion can port OS4 to new hardware  :-D

Doesn't look dark at all.  All the Judge did is take the side of caution and denied AI's motion.  Now it will eventually be up to a jury to decide.
