The new LE variant is a lower-price edition of the Cubic IDE development package for AmigaOS and MorphOS.

Seems interesting but there's no info on the CIDE pages of the site or the link you posted...

It's listed in the shop only, it doesn't have its own page (but there is a comparison page vs Cubic IDE (http://home.arcor.de/dietmar_eilert/site/cubic/comparison.htm)). Essentially, this is a reduced version that covers C/C++ and nothing else. Something for the C/C++ beginners.
