Title: Amiga Voices Initiative Extended
Post by: mcb on June 14, 2006, 03:42:43 AM
Cloanto's Amiga Voices project aims to preserve and make accessible bits and bytes of Amiga oral history in the form of personal messages, with a maximum duration of three minutes per fragment.

Amiga Voices (http://www.amigaforever.com/voices/)

Amiga Voices gives Amiga friends worldwide a unique opportunity to record their stories and other Amiga-related messages. To make the initiative as accessible as possible, dedicated local telephone numbers have been set up in different countries.

In consideration of demand, Amiga Voices will remain active at least until June 30, 2006.

I dont really get the point. :-?

I mean what would you say that would be worth listening to in a few years?

Must have taken some work though to get all of those phone numbers around the world.

In a few years we won't even have ears.  Humans will communicate only with neural link over wireless ethernet.

Probably.
