In a very fast pace developement, Michal S. has finished TeamAROS Bounty #36 SFS (little endian).
The announcement can be found here (http://aros-exec.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=117) and stats can be found here (http://aros-exec.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=1187&forum=2). Michal was also kind enough to release SFS tools, including this defragger (http://home.tu-clausthal.de/~misc/sfsdefrag.jpg).
Mean while, multiple pointy sticks are being jabbed at CoolCat to release a new AROS-Max (http://www.aros-max.co.uk/) release using SFS as the default file system.

Sweet!
Time to try AROS once again then!

AROS-Max 0.5.0 should be released just before Xmas. 0.4.8 should be released (it's ugly, be warned) this weekend and 0.4.9 in two weekends. Now to add on to CoolCat's plate, it seems that we are now waiting on the SVN commit of GTK<->Zune (http://homes.hallertau.net/~oli/amizilla/gtk/status.html).
