Per Johansson who ports Protracker to OS4, together with Ronald Hof and Timm Müller, has agreed to release the current beta. The program was released with permission and may not be mirrored elsewhere without contacting Per first.
This was released at AmiGBG 2005 (http://www.amigbg.com) where an entire CD was released with modules, demo effects and other nice tidbits. Per has some other projects going on, which you can check out here (http://www.acggbg.org/), including screenshots of Protracker. Should you want to download the CD released at AmiGBG, it is available here too.

Funny, I'm SURE I added the link to the program (http://www.acggbg.org) as I think not everyone wants to download 650MB compared to 280KB.
-
Not sure, but the link has been edited now.
Cheers
Kev

Wonder if I did something wrong, didn't close the xoops codes or something and it got cut out from the posting somehow. Thanks for helping me correct it.

No problem :)

I'll download it tomorrow and have a play.
Out drinking and watching fitba' tonight. :pint:

if everyone stops downloading the ISO from the telia site, I will mirror it on a server with a much heftier line.
