Obligement is a French Amiga/MorphOS magazine and it's currently the biggest base of articles online about AmigaOS and MorphOS. Here the update of the website for the month of june 2005 :

Way cool. These guys have actually made me pick up my french dictionary again (ma french is a little rusted due to no use...)
