Too expensive, I think, aside from the fact that the case isnt labeled "Commodore Amiga 3000".
IMO, it's just a used clean A3000.

They said they can't legally "reproduce" the trademarks on the case... does this mean they manufactured the case themselves?

This is what it says in the ebay description:
Each unit is recoated externally to look new
That might explain how it lost it's labels...

Ffffp! Anyone can spray-paint an old A3000. I notice the floppies also don't appear to have official labels on them, I never owned that version of Workbench, but I saw 2.0 disks and they had nicer, colourful labels.
