Title: C0cktail shaker updated
Post by: amipuzas on December 24, 2004, 08:17:27 AM
C0cktail shaker updated, solved problems with foreign languages, now the locale files working perfect, added more C0cktails to the database, added image requesters to the "new C0cktail" section.

Fixed some nasty bugs in the program and maybe all the Amiga OS4 bugs, if anyone can test and report it to me? Amipuzas wish Merry christmas to all the Amiga and Morphos users. If you are finding a database for your usage, Puzas database is availible, using the same program as C0cktail shaker, but with more options, to create your own databases or why not an whdload games launcher? Backgrounds and buttons fully skinable...Puzas database only costs 15 euros and don't have any files or categories
C0cktail Shaker is a database of C0cktails and mixed drinks, updatable, nice and fast, actual languages catalan, spanish and english, you can make your own catalog file translating the external language files, please send it to me to add it in next releases, you can rename directly the drawers and change the files on the fly and see the result in the gui, why the actual database is only in spanish and you need translate it. http://www.amipuzas.info

Nice idea, I like c0cktails and would love to give your DB a whirl. Unfortunately, I don't have an Amiga to try it on :-S.

One remark to about your easy to navigate website though: tarot and ouija are anything but scientific.

Note to Admin, Webmaster, anyone with sufficient access to A.org: could you PLEASE remove that irritating {bleep}-thingie? It f u c k s up normal words too to the point where it's becoming a nuisance. People are going to write the words anyway, with exactly the same meaning, only spelled differently.

Love the UI design on these programs :-D

@Cymric

The censor can be got round easily - just write "Cocktail" :-P (hint - its something to do with the BBCode tags...).  IMO since users have to be registered to post here bad language shouldn't be a problem.  It can still be a site policy not to have certain words, and users can be warned and then banned.
