Title: The Total Amiga Website is Back!
Post by: sicky on October 12, 2004, 01:46:12 AM
The Total Amiga Magazine website and totalamiga.org e-mail addresses have been down for the last few weeks due to a problem getting our domain registrar to re-direct the domain at the new server.

After several support calls, the problems have finally been resolved and the website (including the on-line ordering service) and e-mail are back up and running. Visit it at:

http://www.totalamiga.org

The website problems have not affected magazine production and we are expecting to release issue 19 in November as planned.

Hey its good to see it all back online, i was worried that it had closed.
As a result I've signed my G-Mail account onto the mailing list,

Good luck with the new issue.

We wouldn't close Total Amiga without a full explanation and of course refunds to subscribers!

No it was purely a problem with moving servers, were back in business now :-)

Given that it is a commercial site representing a software company, the web site does look crummy.

Eh! It's not a commercial site and it's not a software company, apart from that you're spot on plonker!

Total Amiga is a "not for profit" magazine, created in our spare time because we enjoy doing it and because we can, totally (pun) on the Amiga!

You're entitled to your opinion, but it is functional and easy to navigate unlike a lot of so called professional sites. We are very busy with the magazine so an easy to maintain site was a must.
