Title: Keep your Amiga.com profile updated
Post by: ikir on July 29, 2004, 01:40:33 PM
From www.amiga.com:
All users and customers with Amiga site logins - Club Amiga members especially - should update their profile. Club Amiga members need to keep their postal address updated so that merchandise can be shipped to them when ready.

Yes it is news :-) The new Amiga Inc seems much more fast (few days have passed since KMOS bought Amiga Inc.).

This is the end of a long story :-) The T-Shorts nightmare. At least i hope so :-D

Strange, I had to start a new account. My old one was no longer active. Good to see some progress being made there though.

I hope my t-shirt actually fits. They never asked what size I wanted. :-( I hope it doesn't shrink, either.

Looks like Garry is starting to earn some good will.  Now when I can were my shirt to work is when I'll believe the shirts are real :)

God I hope this is the first sign on the long road of recovery :)

It's only natural that now they're back on track with their old plans Amiga Inc...err, KMOS, would want to gauge how many active customers they still have. I can't think of a better way than getting them all to check their details. :)

Once the T-shirt arrives, then I will believe them. Until then, talk is cheap.

What is the cost of 1000 T-Shirts? I don't think it can be too much. The $50 refund is much more interesting - but honestly, if they deliver the T-Shirts, I'll take it as an air of change over at Amiga Inc. Hopefully to a better management and direction :-)

What about the employees still waiting for back pay, hopefully sometime before their children go to college, should they update their info too?

Haven't heard a peep out of Tronman for a while.

I just signed up to find out what's going on.  I thought I still have an active account...

I think they probably do have to update the profiles to get current addresses.

However, until they send the t-shirt, they've done nothing but issue another promise, and new promises about the t-shirts have been done many times.

did they ship to all the people that already updated the address?  of course, not...I was just teasing...they'll arrive when they arrive...meanwhile, no news on that subject, just yet.
