Title: Printer for 500+

Hi

I recently rescued my 500+ from my grandparents house where my cousins were abusing it and they killed the printer that we got with it.

I've found a printer but can't work out if the driver will be compatible.  The bloke selling it reckons that it should be as it came with a 500 but I can't check cause it's someone that goes to Uni with my sister miles away from home!

It's a Citizen Swift 9 printer with ABC 24 Easy Start Software for Amiga and and Citizen Print Manager for Amiga.

Any help/advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

I am thinking that there might be a GENERIC driver for the Citizen printer.  I have had one attached to my Amiga long ago, and I cant recall what driver we used to make it work.  Just start adding some Citizen drivers and see if it prints or not.  If you did have a faster Amiga with more memory, Turbo Print is a nice program to use all kinda of new printers!  :-D
