Title: OpenSSH v3.7.1p2 (Rev#2)

As requested I've recompiled this version for 68020  users.
 in addition I  have  used the latest OpenSSL (http://amiga.sf.net/OpenSSL/) version  and  removed  ssh-rand-helper  usage..this will speed up a bit the programs.
