U.S. District Court rules that the music industry cannot compel ISPs to identify users who may be violating RIAA member copyright.

As far as I'm concerned, this is good news!  The RIAA is acting like "Big Brother" where music is concerned.  They need to quit worrying about their dwindling CD sales and move into the 21st century!!  On-demand/online music and other services is the way of the future.  If they'd only wake up and see that, they could still make tons of money and protect the artists at the same time.
