How cool would it be to have a super fast Amiga 600 ?

Looking forward to learn more about it on the show.

A superfast A600 would be really cool though I think it would be even better with a better graphics chip too!

Now if this will really work with my A3000, then I shall be VERY happy.

Sigh.. Boy I wish this was available for resale, I'd buy at least 100 for resale. They would compliment my stock of A500 computers so well:-(

Did they ever actually release anything?  According to ACP there are only development/prototype boards.  Is there another project that actually completed?

Either way, I'm anxiously waiting for this product.  I'd love to get a pair for my A3000 and A4000.

If you've been following the progress of this you'd know that Oli fried the first Coldfire chip he put on it and since removing that one hasn't said much since.

I wouldn't expect a working board at the show and even if the board worked there is a question of software that still needs to be written to integrate 680x0 emulation for the missing instructions.

The AtariCP people are supposedly still working on it though their webpage has not been updated since July. http://acp.atari.org/news.html (http://acp.atari.org/news.html)

no, they haven't it. Even 060s are rare in the Atari world... for example Rodolphe Czuba needs 50 orders to make a batch of 060 accelerators...

A Coldfire-accelerator is the perfect upgrade for my old A500!
It also would be nice for CDTVs.
