What is the status of AmFTP ?
Can it be registered ? Will I receive a registered version ?
Ibrowse 2.3. Does it work well with swedish online banking
(foreningsparbanken) ? The demo does not.
-
Not sure about AmFTP. I just use AmiTradeCenter: http://amitradecenter.net/ as my FTP Client.
Do you have AmiSSL (or MiamiSSL) installed? http://www.heightanxiety.com/AmiSSL/ . AmiSSL + IBrowse 2.3 works for me most of the time. (I can use it for my bank, but I can't for my girlfriend's bank since it insists on Netscape or IE and I can't seem to spoof.)

Ill check out a more recent version of ATC..
Older versions doesnt work well here.

Do you have SSL (AmiSSL/MiamiSSL) installed?
-
I installed AmiSSL. Ibrowse still does
not work, it does nothing when I try to login.

What's the URL for your bank's site?

www.foreningssparbanken.se
"logga in" is the link im trying.

I'll agree with ATC. AmFTP and mFTP are both piss poor compared to this thing. If you don't mind using the shell, then get a newer port of ncftp.
-
I just got hold of a reasent version of ATC and apart
from a few graphical bugs (could be MOS1.4) it seems
to work good.. One less problem ..:)

Yeah, AmFTP is big smelly piece of poo! Stay from it, unless you like resetting your computer often. ATC is way better. SimpleFTP isn't bad either.

Ok. The link doesn't work in the demo because the demo is restricted to one window, and that link opens in a popup window. The workaround is to drag the link and drop it in the current browser (or simply bookmark https://www.viainternet.foreningssparbanken.se).
Secondly, you'll need to enable spoofing to access this URL. Add an entry for "#?.foreningssparbanken.se/#?" and click the two spoofing checkboxes.
You should then hopefully be able to use the site, assuming you have AmiSSL v2 (preferred) or MiamiSSL installed. If you don't already have AmiSSL v2, it can be downloaded via http://www.ibrowse-dev.net/resources.php (http://www.ibrowse-dev.net/resources.php) - again, drag this link to the current browser since amiga.org annoyingly opens external links in popup windows :-(
