Zippymilk, the elusive trader who's left hundreds of people waiting weeks for the arrival of DVDs they've paid for after winning auctions on eBay, has denied any wrongdoing.

eBay sh*t canned him. Read (http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=zippymilk) his feedback. This is a scam artist for sure. I hope he gets prosecuted because jerks like that make it difficult on honest dealers like me;-)

Don't forget if you didn't personally lose money from him, according to the otherworlder's here, you are incapable of discussing or coming to any conclusions.

meanwhile, back on planet earth...I didn't lose any money from him, and fraud is still bad.

if Amiga, Inc. did it, or if anyone did it.

Not even close :-) The people have only been waiting weeks for their DVD's - the club members are into the second year now.

But the AInc. deal while aso for the TShirt, wasn't mainly for the TShirt. Not even close. Only stupid people, or people with agendas writte that.
The deal was for a club membership, wich was supposed to, besides contributing and making part of the club itself, give the members some benefits like having discounts and priviledged information.
If you wrotte that NO discounts have yet been done, then I'd agree, cause despite the fact that many people probably payed the 50$ just to contribute and be members, some done it for the discounts.  But for the bloody TS come on, get real...

and of course you have to factor in this guy only did this to 800 people, and how much where the DVD's? probably less then 50 a person. :)
