Thanks to everyone who participated in the webcast! It could not have been as sucessfull as it was with the dedicated user tuning in, you'all rock!!
I'm sorry the broadcast ended so abruptly, we just lost internet acess with no warning.
I'm hoping to have more bandwidth at future shows for video and other cool things.

It was great as always. :-)
-
Thank you very much for great coverage, almost like being there :-)
I liked the Ben Hermans sessions, although they're probably gonna attract some comments from certain people ;-)
Who was that annoying kid, btw? :-D
-
Definitely first rate... Alan and Ben are always personable and professional.
Still a bit in a holding pattern, but encouraging news -- everyone seems upbeat.
Thanks for allowing us to listen in remotely.
-
I'll just mirror the other comments here and say thanks for the hard work you put in that allowed those of us who didn't attend to listen to the show. Fantastic work!
-
Is that George Z'Dar defending your handle there, Elektro? :-)
The audio feed was the bees knees, I liked listening to the banquet "panal". Jens is doing some really neat stuff with floppy disks!
:pint: :pint: :pint: :pint: to tekmage for making me stay up late at night!

What the hell? I spent all saturday and sunday looking for this web broadcast, couldn't even find a mention of it... would have watched it if it had any apparent presence.
-
The show was fantastic, I really, really, really appreciate the work you guys at UGN put into doing this, esspecially tekmage for hovering around the mic throughout the show. I'll be tuneing in to AmiWest2004 thats for sure :-)
-
I really enjoyed the broadcast! Thank you very much for your efforts! :-)
The only thing that disturbed me was that annoying kid and Ben Hermans playing with the microphone so I couldn't hear Jeri talking, and then of course the sudden termination of the stream. Perhaps you recorded Jeris "speech" anyway and can put it online now? ;-)
-
Thanks a lot - seemed like a great event, and the broadcasts from UGN were excellent. I'll certainly be listening/watching next year - let's see if the "real" video can be broadcast to more people :-)
-
Is there an archive for those of us that missed the live stream?

Great show, fantastic coverage from Tek as always and the Video streaming just made it that much more special for us who could not attend, it was of course the next best thing. Thanks.

@Elektro
Oops, I meant Robert, not George.
He's an actor with a very distinctive look, much like the guy firing the gun under your handle.
