Congrats to long time Amiga Supporter Newtek for their Emmy award for Lightwave 3D, a program that began life first on the Amiga being bundled with the Video Toaster.

The plaque is not a consolation prize, but a recognition of achievement on a different level of technology and importance than the Emmy

I think Newtek won another Emmy with their Videotoaster some years ago.

the first year Babylon 5 was aired they got a special effects emmy. and that was when they were using AMIGA'S!!!!!!
