Title: eWeek Reports Apple going with PPC 970
Post by: zee4 on June 10, 2003, 06:15:07 PM
eWeek  (http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,3959,1121736,00.asp) is reporting that Apple is nearing the release of desktop systems featuring IBM's 64-bit PowerPC 970 chip. Nice to see it's coming along, hopefully it makes it into some popular non-Apple computers too.

IF that is so; do you have any details on the next Pentium 4’s core (i.e. Prescott)?
