A very substantial stock of NOS (New Original Stock) Commodore hardware has been located and is now in a private collection. Pictures of brand new Amiga 500s are listed in the gallery today.
There are no plans at present to sell this stock, they will remain in private storage. This is likely the largest collection of brand new A500s public or private in the world. Other items will be added to the gallery at a later date. If any specific additional photos are wanted, PM me and I will happily oblige.

@ red
Hehe ... i'll quiet posting your submissions now :-)
:P
-
Hey that looks good. :-D
-
So how much are there? A truckload of em ? =)
-
Yes, we want details!
PAL or NTSC?
What year were they built?
Any clues as to their history?
(BTW, I think there might be something wrong with the website - when I tried to post this before, I got an error saying "anonymous users not allowed" followed by another saying "the thread does not exist")
-
How do people find these things? This isn't the first "find" of NOS I've seen posted about. Do people just go about snooping through holes in rusty warehouse doors until they hit the motherload of Amiga goodies?
It's strange that some businesses can order a ton of stuff, then just forget about for 20 years. You'd think that at least one employee would ask "what's under all that dust and dead roaches in the corner of the warehouse".
:-?

I'll buy the whole Effing lot, just name your price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-o
-
See that???
If you look long enough, you WILL find weapons of mass distruction.
:-D

i have the orginal box of my a500 too in perfect shape.. sadly i cannot say the same thing about the computer itself
-
Hey, what's that funny-looking old 'plane on the A500 box (picture 1)?
tony

I believe that plane is from the game F/A-18 Interceptor. I purchased my A500 as a "Starter Kit" and this game was supplied with it among other peices of software. The inner box (that actually held the A500) in my starter kit is identical to those pictured. I liked playing it for a time. Sadly, I've lost the code wheel required to play the game.

In one word: Commodore :-D

Checkout Picture2 : look closely at the top of the picture.... there is a sticker on the top of the box that says 'REFURBISHED' (u have 2 read it upside down). :-o
-
The aircraft isn't old, nor is it from F18 Interceptor. It's an F15-c that was drawn or rendered with an Amiga (presumably).
BTW, give you $50 or a shedload of 1st edition AD&D books for one of 'em :)
-
Gimme, gimme, gimme!
