Does this software still include a hidden trojan in main WHDLoad file?

The Trojan what kills and replaces Startup-sequence with a binary file what opens up a red guru with some anti piracy message, that is of course if you use a pirate keyfile, but nowadays no keyfile is released only a crack.

I would hardly call an anti piracy measure a trojen ;)

as i recall all it does is rename ya startup sequence and put it in C: so all  is not lost. using a ligit version, youll never encounter this issue.

concidering the thousands of games installed, dont you think its worth the small registration fee ?

Probably is worth the cash but i have never  wanted to use it,

I use and did register JST in the late nineties, at 5 quid it was a bargain, how anyone could have pirated software what was that cheap is strange.

I can confirm this for the older versions... :-(

I registered a while back though so someone else will have to test whether it still includes this mild trojan...

The one bit of shareware i registered was a fruit machine sim i had a demo on amiga mag and i had to get the full version at the cost of 5 pound it was better than anything i can find on pc .all my other shareware is unregistered im going to have to register for this bit of software it would save on wear of my floppy discs.

Not only save on disk ware, but alot of the installers also contain game bug fixes and the occassinal speedups by allowing the games to work with caches.

I also baught the fruit machione sims, still waiting to get these WHD Installed. (I might attept to do this again). The ones im refuring to are the Mental Image ones. Winning Post, World Tour ect ...
