Warrior, Wizard or Survivor? Which fate is yours?
It's your decision, one that will influence the gameplay of Divine Divinity ? playable as an action based RPG or a classical RPG!
According to prophecy, you are the chosen one. Only you have the strength, the courage and the magic to save the legendary lands of Rivellon from submission under the Lord of Chaos. Before you can take on the fight against Evil, you must journey far through a fantastic world torn apart by corruption, sinister plots and dark magic.
Caution is vital! Whatever happens, the evil magicians of the black ring must not get hold of you!
With an involving storyline and plenty of sub quests for maximum replayability, Divine Divinity is role-playing gaming at its best! As a warrior, wizard or survivor, you will create your own destiny !
More information on Divine Divinity and all the accolades it has achieved, can be found on e.p.i.c´s (http://www.epic-interactive.com) or Larian Studios(http://www.larian.com) website.
The Apple release will lead the way in QIII/03 followed shortly thereafter
by the MorphOS release.
The Macversion will be OSX only and will require a G3-333, 128 MByte RAM and
a 8 MByte 3D Gfxcard. The MorphOS version will need a Pegasos I or II.

It's apparently a great micture of Diablo & Baldur's gate which was released very recently (end of 2002) and got high ratings in the PC world !!
* COOL *
-
IIRC it was released in germany in Q2 2002, and in the rest of europe/world end of Q3 2002.
It did get some good reviews once they sorted a few bugs, and by good i mean 70-80%.
It has a free roaming camera like neverwinter nights, but is more like diablo in playing (if you ask me).
hopefully it will be a good conversion.

Looks very nice. Good one! Nice for MorphOS users to have
some good (and relatively new) titles to play around with.
Over on ANN, representatives of e.p.i.c (I think) said
they might think of porting to AOS4 as well, once they got
the chance to evaluate the new system (them and me
both...). Let's hope everyone get catered for. This game
looks good.

Making of stuff for it! :-)

Yes, an OS4 port'd be nice as well.

This is really good news. I'll have to get two Pegasoses (Pegasii?), one each for my wife and I. We both love this type of game. I just hope it has a good multi-player option.
BTW, Larian has a good site (http://www.larian.com/Site/english/divinity/divinity.html) with lots of info.
I just looked and it is single-player only. Too bad.

Yep, a multiplayer mode seems to be planned for an addon, according to the official site...
