A new version of SuperTV is now available.
SuperTV is a replacement for Elbox's TV program for Mediator systems with a TV card.
Download it from www.petergordon.org.uk (http://www.petergordon.org.uk) (Yes this is a new URL, so update your bookmarks).
Changes since v0.7.1 (inaccurately called 0.71 at the time):
- "hide pointer" now has 3 modes: Never, Fullscreen only, and Always. F2 now cycles between never and always.
- Added option to cycle through channels (ie hitting + at the last channel will cycle to channel 1).
- Two new arexx commands: TV_INCCHANNEL, TV_DECCHANNEL. These increment and decrement the channel, taking into account the cycle channels settings
- Added possibility to put in custom source number. This allows colour SVHS on some cards.
- I think i've zapped the enforcer hits now.
- You can now toggle fullscreen with F3
-
SuperTV is a great program! I think it should be included in the official MediatorTv software

It works nice. Just needs the USA cable channels preprogramed to be perfect.
Only one side note on the authors web site he claims to like beer and has a link to belgium beer. Belgium in my opinion makes piss poor beer.
Taste in beer aside good program ;)

American beer has a poor reputation too.

Hey! Don't knock Stella Artois, its fantastic. Beats any American beer I've ever tasted (you guys never put enough alcohol in :-P ).
Anyway, if you give me a list of all the PLL values, i'll gladly add an American cable list.

Hey Tickly! Why you don't add volume bar to SuperTV?
I haven't used this new version yet, but i think there isn't volume control, right?
Add it please :-D
-
Difficult. TV cards don't have a volume control; thats the job of the soundcard.
I have a Repulse soundcard, but a lot of Mediator owners have SB128, or Terratec 512i. Not to mention that people may have Delfinas, Toccatas, or AD516s. All of these have different mixer APIs.

American beer has a poor reputation too.
I quote Monty Python:
"American beer is like making love in a cannoo,
it's f***ing close to water"
;-)

Nice update to a peerless program, cheers Peter.

@ Tickly

I'll use mixer :-)
