OTTAWA (Reuters) - ATI Technologies Inc. ATY.TO ATYT.O unveiled its fastest, most sophisticated line of graphics chips on Thursday, a competitive shot across the bow of arch-rival Nvidia Corp. NVDA.O

A very intersting article and great news! Finally pushing NVidia out of the road! I see a great potensial for the AmigaOne to have these new ATI Radeon cards! Great work! Great new technology!

Yep, and the Radeon 9800 will be about 25% faster than the Radeon 9700. Plus they have moved to the smaller .13 micron die size for the 9600 (and while it didn't say, I would assume the same for the 9200)

Tom's hardware has made a test (http://www.tomshardware.com/graphic/20030306/index.html) of the ATI 9600 and 9800pro.

Well now i have been happy with just my Voodoo3.
This new beast will just blow me away :-D
