Title: ScanQuix 5.0 USB Scanning Software available
Post by: MikeB on January 19, 2003, 11:18:27 PM
The USB version of ScanQuix (http://www.powerc.com/cgi-bin/psearch.cgi?code=629-0030b&rn=781&aid=&uid=ssq1VFk6hZvayhs&sid=&cid=4&act=gpage) supports all the scanners supported by the standard version, plus three USB scanners. To connect an USB scanner, you need an USB interface card with the Poseidon USB stack (like the Spider for Mediator).

Looks good....nice to see ScanQuix is still being supported.  I just ordered the USB scanner stuff from IOSPIRIT but haven't bought my scanner yet.
I'd be interested in what features other than straightforward scanning of the various models these drivers support???  transparency?
document feeders?

Thanks...
