Title: Cosmoe 0.6 Released
Post by: GadgetMaster on January 12, 2003, 03:14:38 AM
Latest News: Cosmoe version 0.6 was released on Friday, January 10th! The rewrite of Cosmoe using the DirectFB rendering engine is currently in progress, and it slated for the 0.7 release cycle. See the download area for links.

What is Cosmoe? Cosmoe is a new operating system for x86-based (and soon PowerPC-based) computers. Cosmoe uses a powerful high-level C++ API similar to BeOS and Atheos.

Cosmoe is not a polished, completed work yet -- far from it in fact! However, we look forward to the involvement of the community in helping Cosmoe to mature.

I guess its up to the contributors which PPC platforms will be supported.

You can never have too many  compatible OSs ;-)
