Amiga Inc would like to wish its partners, friends and all those in the growing Amiga community a very merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year. 2002 has been about taking the best of the Amiga community, its passion, skill and commitment to excellence, and building for the future. 2003 will be about enjoying the fruits of those labors, and more, about sharing that enjoyment with the rest of the world.

Hi,
> Amiga Inc would like to wish its partners, friends and all those in the growing Amiga community
What growing community?
Oh, yeah - the MOS community seems to be growing, but I don't suppose he's talking about that. :)

I'm sure you'll be enjoying as much as possible of the fruits of Hyperion & Co.'s labours. But then again, that's all right, isn't it? Just dandy, and everything will be fine. Because you are AMIGA! Unfortunately, it seems.
> and more, about sharing that enjoyment with the rest of the world.
Interesting. So far you've been sharing nothing worth enjoying. :/
That being said, Merry Christmas Amiga Inc.

They are here to stay!!
Merry christmas Amiga and a happy newyear.....hehe which I have a feeling will be a very exciting one.
Can't wait for Cebit :-P

Nearly fell of the chair laughing so much, what a superb speech, i give you credit A inc, when you want to make people laugh you deliver the goods.
-
And we just can't be satisfied with anything Amiga Inc does, can we..?
-
See.... They still care about the community :-)
-
volmer
They have done more than ANY other company that owned Amiga has.... Escom and gateway didnt do a single CRAP. Atleast amino tries, and has actually managed to release something. They didnt develope the hardware themself though, but still.... Without them, there would be no AmigaONE now.
-
I wrote a Christmas greeting to, it was quite different.
For example, mine was 35 pages long, it would have only been 3 pages, but I went off on a tangent and spent 32 pages describing the differences between Russian and Ukrainian, don't ask...
And Amiga, Inc's greeting did not include any death threats...
all in all, I have to admit they wrote the more eloquent Christmas greeting, I guess thats why they are up in snoqualmie and I am not.
You see they can do something right!
-
Xmas greeting with the word "God" in it -> moan moan moan moan moan moan... !!!!!
No Xmas greeting -> moan moan moan moan moan moan moan... !!!!!
Xmas greeting without the word "God" in it -> moan moan moan moan moan moan... !!!!
I take it none of the moaners will be buying an AmigaOne OR a PegasOS in 2003, they'll just be sticking with their 10 year old hardware and happy with it? :-)
I tell you what, if there WERE no PegasOS, no AmigaOne and no anything remotely Amiga related left
moan moan moan moan moan moan ...
ROTFL!

Apologies.

@l8-x
I must have missed something spectacular, as the original post which caused this reaction appears to be gone. That's obviously one of the good, and bad things about having a great set of moderators.
BS isn't tolerated, but by the time you figure out there's a problem, it's already resolved and I feel like I've missed something.
Wayne
edit: I just realized I missed it because he changed his avatar. In the words of Rosanna Rosannadanna, nevermind... :-)

Going by your present avatar I'd venture you'll soon be using the same surname as that renowned english funnyman of Monty Python and Fawlty Towers fame! :-)

Says you the person what called me a racist for saying Amiga companies rip people off,
that clearly shows how far you die hards are willing to go.
-
Excuse me, Commodore did the most, for Amiga owners when they owned Amiga.
