Today I have published screenshots that show a remake of the Jurassic Park credits done with Hollywood and a game called Senso (a software version of the popular board game Senso). The screenshots show again the extremely wide ranged functionality of Hollywood: You can do everything from the simple credits roll to the complete game. The only limit is your creativity.

I will buy this program. I hope it can be as big as SCALA and in somewhat way take advantage of the new ColdFire cpu's.
This could add mpeg movies and so on inside presentations and so on, thru Frogger or anything else.
Good work! I have the money 15th of December! :O)

Has anyone (except for the author himself) had the time to
play around with this yet? An unbiased review would be sweet. Is it really as good as it seems?

Then I can hopefully let people know

Well, I've got my copy sitting in front of me right now, however all it does is crash my UAE setup. I think however it's far more likely that it's my UAE setup to blame than Hollywood since nearly everything crashes my WinUAE including stuff that is rock solid on other people's UAEs... I'll be doing a reinstall of UAE soon and will give a review when I've got some free time.
Of course, once my copy of AmigaOS4 arrives, I'll be using Hollywood a LOT at my work (part of my job involves training people on our product range and I'm sick to death of using PowerPoint for presentations)
Regards,
Ben de Waal.

The author mentions on his site that he may give consideration to a PPC native version. This would be an ideal entry in to the market.
Any further word on the likelihood of this happening?

I have this program, but still haven`t played with it further than viewing the demos. Looking at the
help files it could do with some work. It looks excellent, but not exactly for the very beginner, as
its all scripting. Though it looks like simple scripting, not that it lacks in power. After I`ve had
a proper play you will hear about what I think.
