We're proud to present you the new AmithlonTV. For all those out there who never heard about AmithlonTV here is a small summary:
Sourced: Ann (http://www.ann.lu/)
The original AmithlonTV was made by Michael Ulbrich in the beginning 2002.
Due a lack of time I took over his project and started a complete new AmithlonTV in June 2002.
In the beginning of November the hardest part was done.
Well, now at the end of November I came to a point, where I need more information about the cards out there.
So here it is: The new AmithlonTV! We're proud to present you the new AmithlonTV.
On the AmithlonTV homepage you can also find a hardware list containing all tested cards.
With your help this list will grow rapidly within the next weeks. 99% of the listed cards should at least deliver a picture on all available video inputs.
There is also a new mailing list "AmithlonTV" for AmithlonTV specific discussion available on our homepage.

Well, I guess so, but AHI (at its present state) isn't really much use for higher grade (PCI) sound cards.
I was thinking more along the lines of 'an initiative to make drivers for a lot of cards' which is what AmithlonTV strikes me as (correct me if I'm wrong).
Oh btw., if drivers exist for a PCI card under Amithlon, does that mean that they will work under OS4 or will it be x86 native?
Another thing I don't quite understand is: AHI doesn't support 24bit resolutions, but there *are* 24bit zorro cards out there, do they use another standard or do they only work with special apps made for them?
