Title: Synapse Computers cease trade
Post by: Skippy on November 27, 2002, 02:12:43 PM
Australian Amiga dealers, Synapse Computers are to cease trade as reported on their website on the 25.11.02

They are currently doing specials and discounts on stock. So if you're in the neighbourhood you might want to go check them out.

That is sad news that Jason is closing down.
His shop is a treasure trove of Amiga History as represented by Hardware, and (in particular) by the Software!

Unfortunately, when I asked some months back, Jason indicated no plans to support the AmigaOne ........

So, when it was time for me to order, I had to contact a dealer 500Km away while Synapse is just 15 minutes by road from my place! This order was for a 800Mhz XE with 512Mb, etc.

Still, all the best to Jason, for his many years of service to the Brisbane Amiga community.

---If Highlander was an AmigaUser; he'd be awaiting the 'A1G4XE Quickening'!
