(- dt) on Sunday at 12.15 the lights went out for Hildesheimer Metabox AG. (http://www.metabox-info.de/)
Judge Dr. Dieter Klass arranged the opening of the insolvency procedures.
The procedure was directed against Herbert Steinhauer, Stefan Domeyer and the marketing committee executive, Peter White. Inability to pay and insolvency were the reasons.
As the HAZ reported, the executive committee placed the request for opening of the insolvency procedure on Friday. Judge Klass acted fast, particularly since a foreign request for insolvency was already present against the company........
The Hildesheimer court ordered Michael Graaff as the insolvency manager. Graaff had already managed the first insolvency procedure against the company. In addition the court issued a restraint on alienation over the fortune of the AG.
Mettabox shares had already broken down, opening on Fridayat 0,24 , they went down to 0.12 euro between 16.47 and 19.36 .
