Jens Schönfeld posted:
If you are looking for a floppy controller for a Pegasos, AmigaOne or Amithlon that is as flexible and as fast as the Catweasel, your only choice is the original.
Original article is here. (http://www.ann.lu/detail.cgi?category=news&file=1029459140.msg)

Interesting! I wonder if it will be PCI based? It will be in direct competion with the new dfx: interface. Good stuff! :-D

According to the DFx developers, DFx was only developed because Jens stated that it would be too expensive to develop a PCI version of Catweasel.
Certainly Jens has always been of the opinion that he had no plans for a PCI version of the Catweasel, so this post on ANN is news to most people. No details on precisely what it is that Jens has planned seem to be available though.

It has long been "known" that Jens had put some effort in the
"Cleopatra" for Merlancia's Torro/Tsnunami maschines, but the
rumour was that he had canceled the project when didn't get his
money.
When that descision was made alot of users still waited for the
A1-Escena which wouldn't need such a device, and the demand
from Amithlon-users seems to be higher than expected.
So maybe I can buy on of these at Jens "own" Amiga-show in
Aachen alongside with my G3, and a DFx for the Amithlon-Box ;-)

Anyone known a good site with a guide/manual to catweasel?

Have you tried here? (http://www.jschoenfeld.com/manuals/manuals_e.htm)
