...is this physically possible?
I know the PPC would fit and work fine in a
"lifted" case, but how about the BVision? If
a nice job were made of it with proper cooling/
power/slick wiring loom etc.. it could be fun..
Any thoughts?

In an old Amiga Format magazine, there was a review about to put a PPC anda Bvision in a desktop Amiga 1200. The reviewer have made some modification such as cooling. So it is possible. But was not recommended by Phase 5.

So it can be done then...thanks for the info.
The biggest hurdle would probably be overcomming
excessive noise, as it seems:
the PPC needs a heatsink/fan
the 060 needs a heatsink/fan (after o/c)
the permedia 2 needs a heatsink, and probably
fan as well?
there would have to be an exhaust fan tacked
in at the rear vents
That's four fans...unless they were *really*
quiet fans it would be noisy as hell, and that
would kind of kill the experience.

dont even bother trying... you will kill it.
even tower versions die , you need to cool it alot and cool it the correct way, in the long run it will die....in a desktop ....much faster...
get yerself a cheap tower and build! ... or use your old lego from when u was a kid, makes a nice tower...not exactly cheap (since lego is expensive) but i guess u have them bricks still eh? :)
good luck!
