Title: MiamiDX PDF Format Documentation

For everyone (like me) who wanted the .PDF documentation for MiamiDX (since holger does not react on anything)  :

send an email to  Rich Woods (rww@realpix.com) with the subject miamipdf. He´ll send the PDF documentation back.

(I tried it and it worked.)

....now, if someone would send a keyfile to all the poor chaps who attempted to register MiamiDX....
