Title: extracting LHAs

Is LHA or some LHA-extracter included in WB3.1?

In OS3.1 you have to go out to the Aminet (http://www.aminet.net/aminet) and download LHA (http://www.aminet.org/aminet/aminet.cgi?string=util%2Farc+LhA.run) to be able to extract LHA files.  OS3.5 and OS3.5 have a library based setup using the XAD utilities.
