gW3S Beta 3 has been released. New features include stand-alone CGI scripts and the possibility to use a custom 404 document.

Neat. I had a friend that ran his own ISP. He had an A1200 setup with an AREXX webserver and email server he wrote. It's amazing what you can do with AREXX. Pitty it's not more wide spread.

I know what you mean... I built a fairly extensive web site using ARWS 2.9beta with full CGI and ARexx processing. I even built an administrative section to review/trim logs, deny IPs (custom rexx through MiamiDX), and even built my own chat board. That was four or five years ago... I still have all the sources but would have to ask the author if I could give them out. I still have the shell of it online at my web site under the /mits/ path, but it doesn't work like it should. I'm eventually going to convert it over to Server Side Java.

It's amazing what you can do with AREXX. Pitty it's not more wide spread.
