Vernal Elm LLC (http://www.vernalelm.com) (68060.com) has extended the 68060 offer through May 6, 2002.  They say that they recently added a secure server and a shopping cart system to accept credit cards directly, and that customers who didn't use Paypal were asking for an extension of the offer.



To recap: Vernal Elm LLC (http://www.vernalelm.com) is offering a deal on Motorola 68060 50MHz processors. They are only $79 each plus $6 shipping (even outside the US). The CPUs are full versions (MMU/FPU), so they're the right kind for Amiga accelerators, systems, etc. They also come with a 30-day unconditional warranty.

I'd be nice if the site would load up-seems to be hanging at the moment. I may lose interest by the time it frees up, or worse yet they'll deplete stock.

How would I use the 68060? I've got an Apollo 040/28 accelerator at the moment - could I somehow replace the 040 that's in there? :-?
