ZDNet News UK (http://news.zdnet.co.uk) - Microsoft's new Smartphone deal to include Amiga Anywhere games? Read more (http://news.zdnet.co.uk/story/0,,t284-s2108703,00.html)
Editor's note: here's where it gets interesting folks. As I understand what I read here, Tao/Microsoft partner Sendo has licenced Amiga Anywhere content for the new Microsoft Smartphone

Interesting. Hrmm.
Wish I had the time to make my PDA app idea..

It will remain interesting at $999 for a fricking mobile phone.
The XBox of mobile phones.

:-?
That's cheap, Nokia 9210 costs 1140 € .... : | :-P

I hope it won't end in a kind of "AMiGA makes the Microsoft takes the credit"
"Can I play with madness" :-D

So far AmigaAnywhere are to be used in Nokia applications and now in this monster of a mobile-thingy. I think its a pretty good strategy from amiga. Cellphones and PDAs becomes more and more sophisticated day by day. This opens a demand for some sort of mobile OS. AmigaAnywhere has the potential to take a bite of this new marked.
-
And If they succed (which I really hope), amiga inc. will get a lot of money to futher develop amigaOS :-)
-
Seems the name Microsoft is popping up a lot together with the name Amiga. I know it is the way to make money. Just a little worried here.

I think the cooperation with microsoft is a bitter pill we have to swallow. Microsoft have alot of resources to promote their own OS solutions. If AmigaAnywhere where to combat this it would most certainly fail. The best strategy is to tag along. This way AmigaAnywhere dont have to use any strenght to promote itself because microsoft is doing all the hard (and expensive) work. When AmigaAnywhere grows strong enough it can then seperate from microsoft and be offered as a seperate OS...

Hooray for our friends at microsoft! Microsoft is good!
(pass me a bucket)
So... how long before M$ swine get their grubby hands on part of Amiga Inc?... then all of it?
Be afraid.
