Title: TLAS says good-bye
Post by: Fud on April 22, 2002, 03:35:32 PM
Thanks to everyone for the many happy years with  Amiga.   If all goes as planned we will sell out the  remaining inventory to another dealer within the  next week or two.  Our website will be up until then  and at that point I plan to direct you to the company  who purchased TLAS.   I wish you all well, may God Bless.

Kind Regards,

Terry

I guess its not that nicest thing to say, and do forgive me, but i guess overall all these companies leaving the community is concentration the profits to teh select few left, possibly strengthening them for the long haul. So while this is bad, it might possibly have its upsides.

While it's sad to see yet another Amiga company give up, TLAS seemed to be mostly a discounter of very old software. This is a difficult market and Centsible Software has a much higher profile IMO.

Anyhow good luck TLAS.

I've known Terry for quite some time..from when he used to work for Software Excitement.  He was the guy who approved a program I wrote to be published by that company.   I wish you well Terry.

Thanks!
