The Amiga Research OS (AROS) project has released new details about the progress of their project.  You can see a list of recent changes on their site (http://www.aros.org/index.html).

Im ware that there is certainly more than one buld of AROS. Can any of these be puton you HDD partitioned?

There is one that runs under KDE on Linux and this is the most feature-rich/stable version. Can AROS be installed on the HDD as a standalone OS? IF so, how feature rich and stable is this?

I think i saw something in the README file for the floppies it can be installed.
