Title: Softcinema 0.13 released

Jacek has prepared a new Softcinema (http://softcinema.amiga.pl) release, 0.13. there is only one change - added divx;) (yes, this DIVX;) codec.  Softcinema (http://softcinema.amiga.pl) supports DIV3, MPG4, and MP42 DIVX dencoding.
