Title: US Appeal Court: MS Split cancelled.

A U.S. appeals court on Thursday unanimously overturned (http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/nm/20010628/ts/microsoft_ruling_dc_8.html) an order to split Microsoft Corp. in two. A new judge will be appointed for the case.
