From Vorbis.com (http://www.vorbis.com) - "The first release candidate for Ogg Vorbis 1.0 hit the net today.
This release is a 100% feature complete implementation of the Ogg Vorbis
decoder libraries. Not all packages have been updated yet, since this
release is focused on decode. Expected encoding tools to be updated
soon."
Editors Note: Ogg Vorbis 1.0 due in about a month is expected to offer near CD quality sound at 80k vs 128k for mp3 and 64k vs mp3PRO.
