Title: Source code and Freedom of Speech

A question (http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/nyt/20010510/tc/judges_seek_answers_on_computer_code_as_free_speech_1.html) whether "program source code" is covered by "Freedom of Speech" is mentioned in a law case about DVD copyright case.  What is your opinion?
