The Universal Filter (http://www.uni.coloraid.de) allows PageStream to import new image formats which PageStream does not natively support; and it improves upon formats which PageStream already supports.
Features include supporting of OS 3.0 datatypes, GIF, JPEG, PNG, as well as others. The Universal Filter is free to all PageStream users (to anyone else it would probably do little good anyhow)
